MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, offal-heavy Korean barbecue at Jongro Gopchang. Streaming at home, time to fall back (see what I did?) into a Boulevardier: pour 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon and 1 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Campari into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
