Dancer/choreographer Ayano Elson "responds" to a score by the great ambient composer Pauline Oliveros — one of those composers, along with Morton Feldman and Bruckner, whose work has been getting me through Quarantine* — in Prospect Park! The music is played by percussionist Matt Evans; by coincidence, as I type this I just finished listening to one of Evans's band Bearthoven's albums, and boy is it good!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: A friend has commented that the Jaguar, recently popularized by David Lebovitz, sounds "gross". My friend is wrong. Pour 1-1/2 oz. Blanca Tequila and 3/4 oz. each of green Chartreuse and either Amer dit Picon or Bigalett China-China, with 3 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
