I won't lie: I generally find Crystal Peñalosa's "breathwork" self-helpy and uncompelling. But this time it's supposed to be erotic!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Vesper: pour 3 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Gin, and 1/2 oz. Kina l'Aero d'Or or Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano, for that matter) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
