MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Second Marriage: pour 1 oz. each of Bourbon and Calvados, and 1/2 oz. Pedro Ximenez Sherry, with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
