MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Widow's Kiss No. 2: pour 1-1/2 oz. Calvados, 1/2 oz. each of yellow Chartreuse and Bénédictine, and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
