Ravi Coltrane would be a good saxophonist even if his father were Kenny G.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Nobody ever named a cocktail after Kenny G. "Did you just call me Coltrane?": stick 4 teaspoons of loose Jasmine tea into 500 ml of Rye in a jar. Seal. Let sit for about 4 hours. Pour 2 oz. of the infused Rye and 1 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Campari into a rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange twist. (The rest of the infused Rye will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.) (Which is not to say it'll last indefinitely.)
