Lesley Flanigan — one of the best, most compelling electronic sound artists working right now — gets up close and personal. Although she'll be onstage at Roulette, the sounds she makes using her voice and minimal sine-wave electronics won't be amplified in the hall; no one will be there to hear them. They will only be heard by Flanigan on her headphones and transmitted to be heard by the audience, preferably on their headphones.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Water Lily: pour 3/4 oz. each of Gin, Cointreau, Crème de Violette, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
