MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Bellisimo Aperitivo: pour 2 oz. sweet Vermouth, 1-1/2 oz. Fino Sherry, 2 teaspoons of Fernet, and 1/4 teaspoon of Maraschino liqueur, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Express a lemon twist into the drink and use the rind as a garnish.
