Sound artist Maria Chavez reteams with fellow Pauline Oliveros alum guitarist/visual artist/architect Sandy Ewen, returning to some musical collaborations they did in the past with new visuals by Ewen. Unfortunately, Roulette is consistently insensitively misdirected in their remote presentation of concert visuals, so don't get your hopes up too high for those.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: El Capitán (boy do I love this cocktail): pour 1 oz. Pisco and 1/2 oz. each of dry Vermouth and sweet Vermouth, with1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with 2 olives (need I specify green?).
