La MaMa takes us on a tour of the Seoul Alt Arts scene.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Gold Torch: muddle half an orange peel and half a lemon peel in a cocktail shaker with 1/2 tablespoon (or 1-1/4 teaspoons) of Simply Syrup. Let sit for a half hour or so. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. Añejo Tequila, 1/2 oz. Suze or Salers, and 1/2 tablespoon (or 1-1/4 teaspoons) of St-Germain. Add ice. Stir a lot. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange or a lemon twist.
