Leonie Bell always raises a ruckus on the outward bounds of rationality. Hugely entertainingly so.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Berlin Wall: pour 2 oz. Reposado Tequila and 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Velvet Falernum, with 3 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
