Experimental electronic music from Brooklyn!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Aviation: pour 2 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup, and 1 teaspoon each of Maraschino liqueur and Crème de Violette into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
