I believe that last week I described composer/drummer Jessie Cox's music as "exciting as hell". Having just listened to some, I can only say that still stands.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Know what? I'm going to repeat the Oaxaca Old Fashioned, cuz it's just sheer genius: pour 1-1/2 oz. Reposado Tequila, 1/2 oz. Mezcal, and 1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Flame an orange peel into the drink, and garnish with the flamed peel.
