Sasha Waltz is one of those Postmodern German choregraphers whose work is gut-punchingly visceral while still attending to the formal niceties. I for one can't wait to see what she'll do (streaming live from Berlin) with the joyously repetitive, extremely high-energy In C.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Berlin Sour: pour 2 oz. Kümmel, 1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur, 1 oz. lemon juice, and 1/4 oz. rich Simple Syrup (2:1 sugar:water) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry.
