This great showcase for alternative performance turns its focus to student work. So everybody reading this List can feel as old as I always do.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: The first time I visited Buenos Aires — probably my favorite city that isn't New York — I was disturbed to find out that their local cocktail of choice is a Fernet and Coke. "What is everybody here, 17?" asked myself bitterly. Then I had a few. The Porteños know what they're doing. Pour 1 cup Coke and 1/2 cup Fernet into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Be sure to repeat a few times.
