Bold Theater KE brings us a survey of the Kenyan alt-performing arts scene.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you're talking about cocktails in Kenya, you're really talking about the Dawa Cocktail: put 1 quartered lime (skin on) and 2 tablespoons white or 1 tablespoon brown sugar at the bottom of a rocks glass. Crush the lime a little. Add ice. Pour in 2 oz. Vodka and 3/4 oz. lime juice. Dip a honey dipper in honey (I'm assuming you don't have a Dawa Stick) and stir into the drink.
