Three nights of jazz, from the mainstream to the fringe.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Liberal: pour 1-1/2 oz. Rye and sweet Vermouth, and 1/4 oz. Bigallett China-China, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry.
