Modern choreographer Kyle Abraham furthers his takeover of ballet with this brand new piece. The dancers include the soon-to-be-gone Lauren Lovette.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Country Club: pour 1-1/2 oz. white Rum, 1 oz. dry Vermouth, and 1/2 oz. Curaçao, with 1 dash of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
