MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Bâle-Sud: pour 1 oz. each of Byrrh and Fernet into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a Highball or Collins glass over ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with an orange twist.
