Ayanna Witter-Johnson is something: an excellent cellist who's also a really really good Nu R&B singer-songwriter. Here she reinterprets pieces by the composers in the ICEBERG collective. The hip-hop inflected contemporary classical ensemble ShoutHouse joins in occasionally on tape.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Air Mail: pour 2 oz. golden Rum, 1/2 oz. lime juice, and 1 teaspoon honey into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Pour (UNstrained) into a Collins glass over ice. Top with Champagne. Originally this was garnished with a postage stamp. A lime twist is nicer.
