MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: County Priest: pour 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon, 3/4 oz. each of Cocchi Americano and Aperol, and 1/4 teaspoon Absinthe, into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
