I like cello and I like chanson. So, when confronted by a cellist/chanteuse, I get real interested.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go, you'll be drinking at the venue, obvs. Soak it up at Columbia in Park Slope. At home, have an Insanely Good Gin & Tonic: pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Suze, and 1/4 oz. lime juice, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, to a Collins glass over ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with a lime wheel.
