MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, nice enough bistro at Bacchus. Streaming at home, have an Intercontinental: pour in 1 oz. each of Armagnac and Averno Amaro, and 1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
