Three nights of jazz in many styles. I’m sure it’s all very good, but I can’t help pointing out that Thursday night features sets by up-and-coming trombone player Kalia Vandever (watch that name) and up-and-come vibes player Joel Ross.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: The Rockwell Place is an excellent, though relatively unheralded, cocktail bar.
