Ashwini Ramaswarmi constructs a piece arising out of her own Bharatanatyam tradition, but also featuring dancers doing solos in the Afro-Modern and Gaga styles. The music, too, is Carnatic as reinterpreted by American Alt Classicists. This looks entirely fascinating, actually.
