MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, you wouldn’t expect to find really first-rate ramen (much less Fukuoka-style Tonkotsu) on Seventh Avenue in Park Slope — but at Ramen Danbo, you will! Streaming at home, have an Erin (which is what I’m going to do as soon as I finish writing this List): pour 2 oz. Rye, 1/2 oz. each of sweet Vermouth, Golden Moon Amer dit Picon (or Bigallet China-China), and Suze, and 3/4 teaspoon Allspice/Pimento Dram, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist and a lemon twist.
