MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, plausible if rather boring bistro at Bacchus. Streaming at home, have an Ohio from Buck & Breck: pour 1 oz. Rye, 1/2 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/4 teaspoon each of Bigallet China-China and Curaçao, and 1 dash of Angostura bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a Julep tin over ice. Top with Champagne. Express an orange peel into the drink and disgard the the rind.
