Cellist Jay Campbell and pianist Conor Hanick — two of the best musicians in that field in New York — present an appealing program. Two really great French 20th Century cellos sonatas — the Debussy one of the jewels of the repertoire, and the Poulenc vintage: a send-up that works beautifully as what it’s sending up — and two pieces by the sound-loving Marcos Balter (one of them a world premiere).
