Continuing the celebration of ISSUE Project Room’s renovated space, this program features the first showings to a live audience of a short film Sarah Hennies streamed during Lockdown concerning anti-Trans violence. Then, an actual live performance by a duo of Hennies on percussion and Tristan Kasten-Krause. Hennies’s music plays with pulse — poly-pulses, actually — in a way that’s fairly unique (it may not be a coincidence that Hennies started out as a rock-band drummer).
