Premieres by Sarah Kirkland Snider and Joseph Jones (Jones does something I had thought was probably impossible: he writes music in [or at least near] the Common Practice idiom in 2023 that sounds fresh and vital — the Philharmonic should be playing this guy!). Arrangements of Rameau, Stravinsky, and Coltrane. A nice night.
