The expert Ekmeles vocal ensemble does a big Euro-Post-Modernist voices-and-wooden-percussion piece by Mathias Spahlinger, and smaller pieces by local heroes Katherine Balch and Erin Gee, and very new pieces by two composers who really like to push the sonic boundaries, Joshua Alverez Mastel and Corie Rose Soumah.
