David Froom wasn’t exactly the kind of composer we usually List here, more Mainstream Modern than that. But his music had a lively pulse (a little more of that and he’d have been the kind of composer we usually List here) and an acute sense of form, two things this List appreciates. And his brother was Mitchell Froom. Before David started his composing career, they were in a band together.
