Tony Malaby (sax), Angelica Sanchez (piano), and Tom Rainey (drums): now those are names to conjure with. Three players who don’t make avant-jazz friendly, but rather immediately compelling. The album they released last year is gooood.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  You should at least buy some drinks from the venue.  But if you want some more interesting and substantial food than LunÀtico serves, get some Southern at Peaches.
