Video artist Kenneth Tam premieres his first-ever live performance piece, tackling the various implications of the rituals of Asian-American fraternal organizations. Except we're in a Pandemic, and the live piece can only be viewed on a screen. My head hurts!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Bamboo: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Fino Sherry and dry Vermouth, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an olive and a lemon twist.
