Some of the leading forces in Brooklyn experimental theater curate a weekly series of stuff from beyond the beyond:  enormous fun!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Whist Cocktail:  pour 1-1/2 oz. dark Rum, 3/4 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/2 oz. Calvados (I won't tell if you sub in Laird's Bonded) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
