MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Now that it's Officially Summer, time to stop fucking around and dive into a Mai Tai (a favorite of Nadia's brother, if I remember correctly):  pour 1 oz. each of dark and amber Rum, 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Orgeat, and 1/2 oz. Curaçao into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a rocks glass over ice (shaved if you can).  Garnish with half the juiced lime domed over the top and a mint sprig.
