This show is in the running for the worst title of the Quarantine. But the program, as usual with Ensemble Connect, is piquant, stuff you don't hear every day (and, in these cases, presenting a pretty pungent sonic profile): Boulanger, Boulogne, Paquito D'Rivera, Hindemith, Koechlin, Villa-Lobos. Plus: dance.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Rabo de Galo: pour 1-1/2 oz. Cachaça and 3/4 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Cynar, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a tumbler or rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
