MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Dobbs: rinse a chilled Martini glass or coupe with Fernet (use a lot: don't be shy). Pour 2 oz. Bourbon and 1 oz. sweet Vermouth into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into the rinsed glass.
