MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go in person, excellent speakeasy cocktails with an electric theme, and serviceable bar snacks to absorb them, at Patent Pending. If you watch from home, I personally am really in the mood for a Trinidad Sour: pour 1/2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. each Orgeat and lemon juice, and (get ready) 1-1/2 oz. Angostura bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
