The accordianist plays music by two composers who arrived at a strangely similar (or similarly strange) place from opposite directions: Pauline Oliveros and James Tenney.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: 20th Century: pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin and 3/4 oz. each of Cocchi Americano, Crème de Cacao, and Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
